Search pages love a single rupee number for a water level controller. A single number hides the question of what is being sold. A float switch in a box is not the same purchase as a solar unit at the tank plus a controller at the starter plus an Android app. Water Gauge's website has a free estimate page and no price table. This article will not fill that table with a guessed range. A guessed range would be a fake price. What follows is how to describe your site so the estimate you receive is for the right equipment.
Monitoring only, or the motor as well
The largest split is whether you want the level, the switch, or both. The level manager and sensor are the monitoring side. The level manager is solar and uses a SIM that is already fitted. The controller is the motor side. It uses an AC adapter and connects to the starter. Buying both is the wireless water automation system. Buying one of them is a smaller job and a different quote. If you tell a salesperson "water level controller" without saying whether the motor must stop, you will be quoted for whatever they assume. Say it in the first sentence.
The Android app is how both sides are seen. It is listed on Google Play as com.waterguage.water_guage. The site does not say the app has a separate subscription fee, and it also does not say the app is free forever. Ask. Do not let an article invent a monthly charge.
How many tanks
The home page says multiple devices can be monitored. It does not say the second tank is included. Each tank that needs its own reading needs its own sensor arrangement. The site never describes one sensor shared across two tanks. A house with one overhead tank is a different estimate from a society with a raw tank and an overhead tank, or a hotel with a domestic tank and a separate reserve. Count them before you call +91 70004 65454.
The starter you already own
The controller page has two wiring cases: relay connections for a submersible motor starter, and the manufacturer's instructions for other starters, with a compatibility check. A quote that ignores the starter can miss electrician time. Photograph the starter or say "submersible, relay starter" or "not sure". Farms should read borewell motors. The controller is not described as solar, so do not expect the pump-room unit to be powered by the roof panel. That panel belongs to the level manager.
Site conditions that change labour, not a sticker price
The level manager needs sunlight and cellular signal at the tank. If either is missing, the published design does not fit, and no discount fixes that. A difficult tank lid, a starter in a locked panel, or a roof with no safe access changes the visit. Those are labour facts. They are not a published rate card. Cable length matters less for the level path than it would for a wired indicator, because the level uses the mobile network. It still matters for the starter connection. Wireless versus wired explains that split.
What a useful estimate request contains
Write: city, number of tanks, overhead or ground, sun and mobile signal, submersible or not, whether the motor must switch off at full level, and who needs the app. Send it from the contact page or the free estimate form. The office address is in Indore, Scheme No 140, above PNB, near Pipliyahana Road, Madhya Pradesh 452016. Email is support@watergauge.in. Hours are not published. Other cities are not listed as service areas, so name your city and wait for a yes or no. Do not treat a keyword page as a franchise map.
Related pages: FAQ, how it works, homes, societies. Synetal Solutions Pvt Ltd is the company named on the home page. When a real price list exists, it should replace this explanation. Until then, the honest line on a wireless water level controller page is: ask, and expect the answer to depend on the list above.
When the reply arrives, compare it to the list you sent, not to a number from a different website. If the quote includes the level manager, sensor, and controller, it is the full system. If it includes only one, check that you asked for only one. Installation time for the starter is part of a fair quote when the panel is not a simple relay. Ask what is excluded. Do not add a market average in your own notes, because this article refused to invent one. A second tank, a second visit, or a starter that needs the manufacturer's method can change the figure later. That is normal. The free estimate exists so the first figure is tied to your tank and your starter, not to a keyword.
