Search results mix three different products under one name: a water level indicator, a water level controller, and a motor starter. On this site they are not the same box. The sensor measures the water. The level manager reads that sensor, runs from a solar panel, and sends the level to the Android app over the mobile network. The controller is what connects to the motor starter and turns the pump on or off. Together they are the wireless water automation system. Buying only the level side gives you the reading. Buying the controller as well gives you the switch.
How the level reaches the phone
The sensor page says the sensor provides continuous level measurements and sends them to the level manager. It is described as waterproof and suitable for immersion, and as maintenance-free. Install steps say to fix it where you want the level measured, clear of anything that would block the reading, and to use the supplied hardware on the tank wall. The cable from the sensor goes to the level manager. That cable is short and local. It is not a cable down the building to the pump.
The level manager steps say the SIM is already inserted. They also say the site should have cellular signal, sunlight for the panel, and a position close to the tank. After power-up you check the status LED or display, open the Android app, and confirm that the level shown there moves when the water moves. The same test says the app should notify you when certain levels are reached. Those notifications are the alert side of a wireless water level controller. The exact levels you can choose are not listed as a table on the website, so confirm the settings during a demo.
Where the motor fits
A level on the phone does not, by itself, start a pump. The controller page is the motor side. It is powered by an AC adapter, mounted dry near the starter, and connected either by the relay method described for a submersible starter or by the starter maker's own method when the starter is different. From the app you test on and off by hand, then automatic control. Schedules are listed on the home page as something the app can set. The site does not publish a wiring diagram for every starter brand sold in India.
If you only want to know whether the tank is full, say that when you enquire. If you want the pump to stop when the tank is full, or to start when it is low, you are asking for the controller as well as the level manager. Indicator versus controller walks through that choice without adding specs that are not on the site.
What this page will not pretend to know
No range in metres is published. No tank capacity is published. No warranty period is published. No price is published. A wireless water level controller price in India depends on how many tanks, whether the motor controller is included, and what starter is already on the wall. The price guide explains those factors and still does not invent a rupee figure. Ask for a free estimate instead.
The office on the site is in Indore: 1st Floor, above PNB, near Pipliyahana Road, Scheme No 140, Madhya Pradesh 452016. Email is support@watergauge.in. A list of other cities is not on the site yet. Do not treat a keyword such as "wireless water level controller Delhi" as a claim that a crew is based there.
A sensible order of work
Look at the tank first. Is there sun for a panel, and is there mobile signal? The level manager page makes both of those conditions. Then look at the starter. Is it a relay starter for a submersible motor, or something else? The controller page treats those as different connections. Then decide who should have the app. The home page says more than one device can be monitored. It does not say how accounts are shared. That is a question for the demo, especially for a society where a watchman and a secretary both want the reading.
Read how it works for the sequence in one place, or the FAQ if you already have a short question. Overflow control is covered in stopping a tank overflow. Borewell motors are covered in automating a borewell motor, using only what the controller page actually says about submersible starters.
The Android app is the one on Google Play, package com.waterguage.water_guage. The site does not describe an iPhone app. Water Gauge is a product of Synetal Solutions Pvt Ltd, named on the home page news items.
