Factories, workshops, and processing sheds store water in tanks and move it with motors. Water Gauge does not publish a special industrial model, a flow totaliser, or a water-quality sensor. The devices on the site are the level sensor, the solar level manager, the motor controller, and the Android app. If your process needs chemical analysis or a certified flow meter, this system is not described as that instrument. If you need the storage level on a phone and a way to start and stop the filling motor, that is what wireless water automation on this site is.
Level and motor, still two locations
Industrial tanks are often outdoors or on a roof, and the starter is in a panel room. A long signal cable between them is what the wireless level path avoids. The level manager uses the mobile network. The SIM is already fitted. The site needs cellular signal and sun for the panel, because the level manager is solar, not powered from the plant's MCC. The sensor is mounted in the tank, waterproof, and cabled to the level manager. The controller uses an AC adapter in a dry place near the starter.
Starter compatibility is the industrial question. The controller page allows a relay connection for a submersible motor starter, and for other starters it defers to the manufacturer's instructions. A plant with a large contactor panel should put that question to the person who maintains the panel, and to Water Gauge, before anyone assumes the relay notes apply. This page will not invent a horsepower limit. None is published.
Who is allowed to switch a motor
On a shop floor, not everyone should start a pump. The app can turn the motor on and off and can show the level. The site says more than one device can be monitored. It does not describe user roles, a supervisor lock, or an audit log. If those matter for your site, ask on the demo and treat a missing answer as a missing feature, not as a hidden one. Schedules and level thresholds are listed on the home page. Alerts when a level is reached are part of the level manager test. Those are the controls you can discuss without leaving the published pages.
Overflow and an empty process tank are both level problems. Stopping the inlet motor when the tank is full requires the controller as well as the level. Seeing that the tank is low requires the level manager and the app. Read overflow and the pump controller page before you write a requirement that mixes the two.
What not to expect
No SCADA protocol is named. No PLC wiring diagram is published. No price list is published. No claim is made about potable-water certification or food-grade materials beyond the sensor page's statement that the sensor is waterproof and made for immersion in a tank or reservoir. If a compliance document is required, ask for it. If it does not exist, the estimate should say so.
A hotel and a factory can share the same devices and still have different starters. Hotels and societies are separate pages for that reason. Solar monitoring is the tank half alone.
Contact
Call +91 70004 65454 or email support@watergauge.in. The address on the site is 1st Floor, above PNB, near Pipliyahana Road, Scheme No 140, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452016. Use the free estimate form and mention the starter type. City coverage is not published. See how it works and the FAQ. Synetal Solutions Pvt Ltd is the company named on the home page. The Android app is com.waterguage.water_guage on Google Play. No iOS app is described.
Keep the requirement inside the product
Write the requirement as: show storage level on the Android app, notify at a chosen level, and switch this filling motor if the starter is compatible. Do not write: integrate with our SCADA, certify the water, or log every operator, unless a reply from Water Gauge says those exist. They are not on the public pages. The useful industrial test is still the one on the product pages. Power the level manager from sun, prove the reading, power the controller from the adapter, prove the motor follows the app, then prove automatic control if you asked for it. If the panel room will not allow a relay to be added, the controller page already points you at the starter manufacturer's method, which may mean the job stops. That is a better outcome than a forced connection. Send the starter description to support@watergauge.in or +91 70004 65454 with the tank count.
